"All you have to do is believe in Jesus to be saved."

MISCONCEPTION:

All you need to do is accept Jesus Christ as your personal Savior, say the sinner's prayer and believe in Him to be saved.

THE TRUTH IS:

We must be daily doers of God’s Will to be saved (Matt. 7:21; 1 John 2:17). The apostles were taught that to believe is to obey (John 3:36). We must keep Jesus Christ’s words by putting them into action daily in our lives (Luke 6:46) to receive salvation and never see death, so says Jesus Christ, who does not lie (John 8:51).
